Japanese stayer Fame Game remains favourite with CrownBet for the Melbourne Cup after the weights were announced yesterday.
After being allocated a weight of 57kg, Fame Game has shortened in price from $12 to $10 to win the race that stops a nation.
Other notable price changes were, Order of St George (allotted 54kgs) who drifted from $17 out to $26, and Hokko Brave (55.5kgs) has shortened from $21 into $17.
Last year’s winner, Protectionist remained steady at $26 after being given a weight of 58kg.
